Preparations...

Caught the 07h36 out of Stirling this morning to Inverness. The SNP are gathering there this weekend for our Spring Conference.

Today has been spent getting the venue ready for all the delegates arriving tomorrow.

After finishing at 19h30...headed for a meal with some colleagues, a lovely meal and chat was enjoyed:-) Finally checked into my hotel at 22h00 and retrieved the bag I had dumped with them almost 12 hours earlier.

Lights out shortly after that for an early rise tomorrow.
