First thing this morning we visited the Hearing Services department at Cheltenham hospital. Mrsfb now has a second hearing aid. She just came to tell me the wall clock in her study is really loud. I've been telling her that for about a year now. One camera club Zoom meeting I had to take it off the wall and out of the room as the ticking was coming across so clearly on everyone's speakers.

Afterwards we went back to John Lewis and ordered the horrendously expensive bedroom curtains that I mentioned a couple of days ago. They seem to be the same price everywhere, even from the on line fabric people we have used before. Morris & Co must have very tight controls on retail pricing, nobody is allowed to offer a discount. Oh well.
