Witness to murder?

We went to Harrogate Flower Show at Newby Hall. There were fantastic displays of all sorts of interesting and unusual plants.
The little insect you can see is unaware that this is a display of carnivorous plants on which it has landed. It ignored my hand flapping so I took the photo instead!
