Bunting

On my ramble this afternoon around Hackney, Hoxton and Haggerston I came across this trio happily preparing bunting or something in one of the railway arches. I couldn't understand the explanation so cant enlighten you any further. Anyway, they were happy to be snapped as they worked away.
