Finbar and Papa.....

.....on the occasion of Papa's birthday tea at Lamancha. It pleases me that father retains a full head of hair in his senior years, I suspect I shall too.

Earlier, I lost two hours browsing Blip over breakfast. A drive through the snowfields of Midlothian and Peebleshire for the birthday tea, which included my favourite dish made by my younger sister; pea soup. Delicious.

Bumped into Uncle Lawrence in Tesco, Eskbank en route home before wrestling my roast chicken dinner off the cat, after answering the phone and paying insufficient attention to his ninja chicken stealing exploits.

Struth....is it really a year already
