Coffee and cake

One of my favourite Sunday traditions! In fact, I love coffee and cake on any day.. Nathan is half-German and this is one German tradition that I have insisted we keep.

Sunday afternoons can drag a little bit (probably due to the dread of Monday morning) so we try to plan nice things. We headed into Coventry this afternoon (despite the blizzard) to buy our wedding rings which was very exciting! Unfortunately there is no picture as we had to send them to be re-sized (I have very, very small fingers!) but I will take one when they arrive! To recover from being out in the blizzard, we watched 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' tucked up under a duvet with our coffee and cake. It was wonderful!
