Fishy business

The fish stall sets up at the Cowdray farm shop on a Friday morning, and with a little bit of time available, I bought some scallops, some cod and some haddock for tea.  

Chargrilled scallops with sweet french peas and samphire followed by a luxurious (master chef recipe) fish pie.  Yum!
