Had some beetroot to use up today from out of the garden - Hugh’s recipes for pizza are really yummy but have never tried a beetroot pizza - who puts beetroot on a pizza? Anyway tried it and it was fabulous- could have eaten it again !!!! (This pic is the raw version)
