Me and Brigitte

Glorious day from the outset today but unfortunately Mr P has come down with a stinking cold (we hope it’s a cold!) so it was rather lonely on the beach this morning. I did however enjoy a delightful swim and finished my latest book. I’ve worked out that since I retired (2 months ago) I’ve read about the same no of books as all of last year.
I looked after the invalid in the afternoon, did some shopping and enjoyed a fireworks display (another local celebration) from our balcony tonight.
