Choosing pond plants

A limited choice at our local garden centre but we have acquired some ‘marginal’ plants - lovely Brooklime and Water forget-me-not - to get our pond started. Brooklime is a kind of Speedwell; it also has the most wonderful scientific name: Veronica Beccabunga.
