Flower Friday

The Alstroemerias finally flowered a week or two ago and I kept meaning to use them for a blip.  Looks like something has been making a meal of both the leaves and the petals!  I do like the bright colours though.  Tittle Tattle Teashop reopened this morning, so after calling at the village butcher’s I called in for a coffee.  Quite a few people turned up and some of us have made arrangements to go to a singing afternoon in early October.  Stayed on to see what the book club was like - may give it a try next month as I no longer seem to get round to reading at home - I’m either busy with something else, or if I sit down I fall asleep as I sleep so little at night!  Another nice sunny day.  Don’t think it will last much longer!
