Parkrun 150

I was looking forward to parkrun this morning. Not only was I running my 150th event, but last week I completed my 25th volunteering stint and got my T-shirt through the post yesterday and was worn with pride today.

Also, I got my fastest time of the year (23:55)

Ok it was my first run but it still counts right? :-)

I also bumped into a friend (V) who was also running her 150th event and as a coincidence we both ran our 100th at the same event too.

Anyway, back to reality, L at gymnastics, MrsT out for a walk with R and I have IKEA furniture to build before headed into Murrayfield for some ten pin bowling later.
