Anthotype #3

Regular visitors may recall that last weekend I was making some new plant-based emulsions to create anthotype prints. Here is the first one. Its the emulsion made from the petals of a red pelargonium which turned out to be very light sensitive. This is the fern print after a five day exposure. The print will naturally fade over time with exposure to UV light. I like to think of it as a bit like a slow-motion version of the 2018 self-shredding Love is in the Bin by Banksy.
