Fetching Water

Living without running water meant fetching some in the nearby pond. Luckily we came across these friendly women who were willing to walk us through the process. I couldn't lift the resulting jug of water without breaking my back, but they carried their huge buckets up the hill on their heads with ease while hauling a baby on their back -- absolute paragons of strength in spite of their tiny frames.
