Girls girls girls

After lunch, went to Southbourne by bus (not too full during the day). Got off a couple of stops earlier and walked, to take advantage of the cool breeze blowing down Seabourne Road which leads into Southbourne Grove.

Strolled past the shops, along to Riva Café on the cliff-top. No shade, no longer have Aspall cider, and after waiting in a queue going nowhere, we left and went to the Brewhouse and Kitchen in the Grove.

Then bus to Boscombe. Bought a vegan chocolate & hazelnut croissant at the Plant Hustler. Chatted to the Lithuanian sales assistant, and her friend who was waiting - she was off to Verona this week, lucky her.

On the way to the bus home, passed a never ending line of girls* sitting outside the shops. Assumed it was a demo. Turned out they were waiting to get into a concert by the Vamps. Never heard of them - I’m of the Rolling Stones era.

21:27 the International space station due to pass by. Must go …. (Update: Saw it for a couple of seconds, then it disappeared behind a cloud, then it was gone).
