Family night out!

Today has been exhausting. It was a little stressful but ultimately with a positive outcome. My original plan to do some front garden clearance in the stream area, went out the window so that I could go in search of a new car with Mollie. We headed out to Yarmouth at 11 to test drive a car we had seen online. Yarmouth is over an hour, but we got there just after 12 and had a drive. It looked lovely, but something just wasn't right. From there I drove to Norwich all the way to the other side to Longwater. After passing a very serious accident on the A47 which looked like it had literally just happened, we pulled in at a car sales garage on Longwater and Mollie started her car search. Success! After a test drive which she braved on her own, she did the deal and now feels a weight has been lifted, and by next week she will have a car again.

We got home at after 4 and had a very quick cup of tea, and changed for our evening out. We have been wanting to have a meal out to celebrate all good things we haven't been able to celebrate over the past 18 months. A table booked for 6 o'clock at The Bucks Arms in Blickling. We had an amazing meal and a generally lovely evening together.
