Zoom meal with friends and an old recipe

Last week our daughter in law in Capetown asked us for a recipe that our son remembered as his favourite from when he was a child. So a search through recipe books found a spattered recipe. I sent it to him and then shared it with friends in the UK.

IT was a lemon chicken ( Delia recipe) and equally lovely.
