Sango Bay

Seedy Sunday was on at Durness run by the North West Foodlink where plants and seeds are sold and lunch of homemade soup and baking. Crof16 was there too and like him I decided to post a photo of Sutherland. This is the beach at Durness called Sango Bay.
A big fire on Friday night down at Duartbeg burnt a huge area of heather but luckily didn't reach the wood and my friend R's house. The cause of the fire was an electricity pole blown down by the wind which set the heather on fire. The Firefighter eventually brought it under control so a big Cheer! for the boys.
Weather today very cold again with cloud but some sun managing to get through.
