I met up with a friend who lives near Rudyard Lake. We had a wander down the side of the lake and a good catch up.

There are some beautiful lakeside residences which may have been built in the Victorian era. The water level is quite low at the moment which is shown here. You don't really need the walkway to access this boathouse at present.
