Sparkle for Europe

Ordered a few bits and pieces for the hall last week. Whenever possible, MrM and I try to support small independent businesses, and buy items hand-made in the UK if we can (thus avoiding tat goods imported from the other side of the globe). Whilst searching for cast-iron brackets (yes, brackets!) on Etsy, this just happened to fall in to my 'basket' - don't ask me how! Having spotted a wonderful array of such hats on TV at the Last Night of the Proms, how could I resist! 

It was delivered this morning. A little more sparkly than I'd like, but a fine piece of head gear all the same!
