Enjoying the view

Was supposed to be doing a small hill race down by Melrose, right up to the last minute I was going, but the thought of the 3 hour round trip in the car was putting me off!

So binned it and went for a local 2½ hour hill run with a 40 minute round trip in the car instead.

Made more sense and was much more appealing! (and the dogs could come with me to!)

Was a little hotter than I bargained for.
Was parched by the time we got back to the car!
