Wasp Nest???

I went out to put the bins at the top of the drive when I saw some wasps near the bush in my neighbours garden then more appeared they were everywhere and as I moved the bins over I could hear the bush literally humming made a quick getaway didn't want to risk getting stung think there might be a nest inside the bush will have to keep an eye on it.
