Edgelaw

We took a late sunny afternoon walk at Edgelaw Reservoir. I've not been here for may be 10 years. The reservoirs were build in the 1880s by irish navvies to supply water to Edinburgh. For any of the locals, I found in interesting website with pictures of some of them, note some pages have some additional photos to select at the top right, Edgelaw is there without trees, and a house!

Oanyways... the sun lighting up the leaves and the water looked quite stunning, not quite captured in the blip! Where did the weekend go?
