It was a beautifully crisp day. Not a cloud in the sky. I had my bloods taken first thing and then Murron, Doggo and I went for a walk in the woods. The fresh air did us all good and we returned home feeling a lot brighter.

It never ceases to amaze me how the sun lifts my spirits so.
