Baked tallegio risotto

Thankfully my sister appears to be ok again. She was up and about all day for the first time since I arrived. 
After a walk on my own we embarked on a mammoth greenhouse clearout (constant watch-out for false black widow spiders!!!) - to be continued tomorrow!)
Beer on the beach then home for supper.
