Sunday: Eddie

Eddie Izzard, of all people, was performing here tonight.  I had no idea he was so popular here - the Lisinksi Hall, where he played, seats 2,000 and it was completely sold out.  It was pretty good - some of it was very funny, particularly the sketch about a hobbit being a half man, a dwarf bring 2/3 man so how many men do you actually end up with on the quest to take the ring to Mount Doom......it's kind of hard to explain, but it was the definite highlight.

Zagreb really is a village, though.  Completely coincidentally, we ended up sitting next to our next door neighbour, my colleague was a few rows behind me and in the lobby, I bumped into someone I recognised, who also recognised me but neither of us wanted to admit hat we couldn't quite remember each other which made for a very odd conversation........I still don't know who she was........
