Up early Juno walked and I had lovley company.

Over to pick up sopme footballs and substitute jackets for this morning's game.

The u13 coach was playing in Stonehaven so I was asked to take the team. What a great bunch of girls, had a chat with them and warmed up. They listened to how they should play and played well and comfortably won. It was freezing, I don't thinl our goalie could move.

Home and kunch with eco mum and then off to shovel shit. To be precise over a ton of horse manure.

We did frops at various allotments and I got home to tea cooked by eco son, it was very good.

I have spent all afternoon in my dungarees, keeping my back warm when I dig.

Bath and bed.
