Home Made Noodles

Following Feast of Fiction's post on making noodles from scratch, I decided to give this a rudimentary go. I didn't use any spurulina, as I didn't have any to hand - nor was I interested in the colour. But there you go.

In summary to make noodles:
-make dough
-roll out
-fold over on itself
-slice with knife

I suspect I didn't use enough flour when rolling out, as the dough was sticking to the table when I rolled it all out... making it difficult then to fold over without unevenly stretching it...
