Day 2 - Hallgrimskirkja

Off on our travels today. This is Hallgrimskirkja the big cathedral at the top of a hill.

We did plan on going inside today, but at the time we were there, a funeral was in progress. We'll be back another day though. 

We did however find on our detour back down the hill Reykjavik Roasters. A worthy stop for some spectacular coffee. 

Another stop today, on a e-scooter was Omnom Chocolate, who also do Ice Cream. Sandra picked the flavour. Salted Licorice. Needless to say Sandra got to finish this. I also learned the lesson - get your own flavour today.
