Saltaire.

The part of Bradford, created by Titus Salt, mill owner. He built houses for the workers, all with running water and proper toilets, a hospital, a Chapel (pictured with fam posing in front), a library, concert hall, and other recreational facilities. However, alas, no pub. Still, it's a wonderful legacy and extremely popular spot, with the mill, next the Leeds Liverpool Canal and the River Aire, now housing a permanent Hockney exhibition and a very smart bike shop.
