Teeth

I had my first hygenist appointment today. My teeth can be troublesome but today was all good. I got the verbal equivalent of a sticker. Tried to take a boy for a jab but the bank holiday meant the only place was at the other end of town. Thought about my project and did some reading. Managed a Pilates class which is always a good thing. Instead of fitbits they should have spiked chairs that get less comfy the longer you sit in them.
