Ayurvedic Vegan Spice cake

This week we were supposed to be having a corporate sports event with a bake off thrown in. However due to the increased numbers of Covid they have decided to cancel it.

I had however already bought ingredients for my entry to tonight I made it anyway and will be taking it to the office tomorrow!

This is an Ayurvedic recipe and is also vegan. It tastes delicious!
