Weir In The Sunlight

A big day for Mum today (and me, too) as she moved into a residential home. It's a lovely place and I have every hope that she will be happy there. I was there a large chunk of the day, seeing her settled and filling her room with familiar things. It was looking very homely by the time I left. I swung by the river on the way home.

This evening was the first PDI competition at camera club. My images scored 9 (ok) and 7.5 (ouch!). The 7.5 was an image that received 42 hearts here on Blip. Not the best start to the season....
