Birthday blossoms.

This was a birthday present from my sister-in-law, unfortunately my birthday was on Wednesday and I couldn't collect it until yesterday, so it's spent four days wrapped in tissue paper!

When we unwrapped it and got it planted a lot of the blossom fell off but there are still a few left at the top.

It didn't come with a label so I've no idea what variety it is or when it'll fruit - I guess I'll just have to wait and see but I won't get the apple pie dish out just yet!
