Serial complainer

I had this job sent to me to investigate, now sometimes I get a job and I say to myself or my off sider, " I'm sure I've been here before and sure enough I turn up and yes I have and so have 4 of my Colleagues. This is the second time in 3 months for me and I still think it will be the same result.
