Tuesdays walk

along the seafront to Tynemouth .
The Park and Lake were built by a Duke of Northumberland in the 1890s for Merchants and Businessmen to sail and race their model boats.
The Club was established in 1893 and some members were there this morning "boys and their toys" ;)

St George's Church is in the background and The Park Hotel is fenced off.
I dont know what is happening there but it looks like its dropping to bits.
Probably being turned into Apartments ???
Lovely weather and we stopped off for Coffee before walking home.
