Captain Thermal - that’s me. A new breed of hero with no super powers…. :-)

My sister sent me some thermal heat wraps for my back as a ‘joke’ birthday present and our son sent me some ‘Deep Heat’ cream to use on it as well …

So now my back is toasty warm - but I officially smell like an old man :-))

I have to say that they are both very effective - and my pain is easing somewhat (despite the continued ‘hard labour’ at the studio) ….

We met up with our daughter for coffee this morning and then she came to help out with the removal of more rubbish ….

We had two trips to the tip and one to the Martin House Hospice depot with some chairs and electrical appliances.
 
The end is in sight - I think.
