The Sixty Steps

Designed by Alexander 'Greek' Thomson in the 1870s. 

It famously featured in the movie 'The House of Mirth', with Gillian Anderson seen walking up the stairs.    These days we are more used to seeing her playing the part of Maggie Thatcher in The Crown.   Sadly I couldn't persuade her to appear in my Blip.
