Down the wood.

Took Chloe down the wood this afternoon and discovered a new seat had been placed where Annette and I used to have a wee rest . The original bench was in an awful state and broke one day when we sat on it! We reported it to Callendar Estate but they did nothing about it. It is in memory of someone who used to love walking in the wood with his dog.

Earlier , we were invited down to have lunch with friends in Wishaw. Roadworks meant we were diverted through places we have not seen for a long while. We enjoyed our lunch and a walk through the garden which is still looking very colourful.
