A wee celebratory tipple even on a school night to mark a promotion at work. Also nice that, for the first time, I was able to tell someone I manage they’d also been promoted. (End of financial year for us is this time of year as I work for an American company).

We actually got this whisky for our anniversary and kept forgetting to blip it. We both love a peaty malt and asked at the local whisky shop for some alternatives to our usual Laphroaig. This Kilchoman is very very nice.
