Aunt Margaret

I took my 90 years young cousin Chris out to lunch today. She is great for her age with a fantastic memory and we always end up talking about family since she knows I’m the family “historian”. Today she brought along some photos.
This is our Aunt Margaret in the 70s. A very active woman involving herself in the Girl Guides and Scottish Country dancing, always stood out in the crowd , with her short hair , wearing tartan and her signature leopard print fur coat. ‘A woman before her time’ was Chris’ opinion.
Here she is in her back garden where her husband , my uncle George, grew chrysanthemums.
