Not much energy or enthusiasm for anything today yet there was so much i should have done. 

I did walk to the shops to get something for a quick tea. There's loads in the freezer but I wasn't organised enough to defrost it in advance.

I walked up to the Market Cross shops for a blip as seen above. Then down the steps at the other side and around the corner to the Co-op.
