Patisserie Niche opened this month in town, the building from 1621 used to be a pub, and stood empty for a long time….i treated myself and had this lovely cake with my cup of tea this afternoon……it is truly beautiful and scrumptious….bit a bit pricey at £6…….

i saw a nice recipe online and made it today….it’s a black bean stew called feijoda…..it smells yumm and i made plenty for in the freezer….
