A rather damp Ramblers walk this evening with constant rain throughout. Mind you, it's been a while since we had these conditions.

From Auchinstarry Marina we went up first to Bar Hill, the site of a Roman fort, and Castle Hill, the site of an Iron Age fort (and where this photo was taken) then down and across to Croy Hill (visible as the small peak ahead). Down again from there to say hello to Silvanus (extra) and then continuing down to the car park at the marina. Thank goodness for wet weather gear!
