Nothing like fruit
Every evening I cut up fruit for my husbands breakfast the next day. He has a bowl of fruit salad and 2 boiled eggs before he starts his day.
I cant believe I actually gave up fruit for three months while watching my sugar intake..trying to keep it as low as possible. Those days are gone...when it comes to fruit I'm not going to worry, will check sugar in processed foods and the white stuff...but know that two servings of fruit a day is perfectly okay....
