Vegan Iron Chef

Tonight we got together to celebrate my birthday in Chicago! We all brought 3 things from Trader Joe's (The Trader Joe's Challenge) and created a 6 course feast out of it. Everything was vegan and SOOOO GOOD! Joe, Annie, and Sarah were the cooks in the kitchen and the rest of us just hung out and ate! What a good night to be with great friends!
