Chapel

Had to go to the municipal office for some more forms (red tape never ends) and finally had a chance to capture the 15th C Gothic chapel that's right beside the office.
It belonged to the beguinage in Overijse (beguines are single women who devote their lives to the church and live under the protection of the church but haven't done the vows a nun would give)

The snow is melting but it is still bitterly cold and it is expected to stay cold for the rest of the week.

As the church is now surrounded by a parking and modern buildings I've done some Snapseed and Photoshopping to blur the surroundings a bit :-)
