Bouncing and ballet.
Grace’s day off and a full one, luckily I was feeling much better after a good nights sleep, thank you all for your concern.
We went into Bristol this morning to meet one of Grace’s friends at a gym with trampolines and lots of soft play activities. I’ve been with them before and Eda and her friend Ted had a great bouncy time.
Returned for lunch and whilst Jude had a nap, Grace and I started making cakes for Saturday’s celebrations. We made two, my first gluten free ones. They came out well but we might need a third one which John or I will make tonight.
About 3.00 pm the sun was out after a dull morning so we enjoyed walking down to Larkhall for Eda’s Ballet class at the New Oriel Hall. She had a lovely time while we had take away cups of tea. It was great getting glimpses of Eda as she danced past the open door. Skipping with hands on hips and practising her curtsey!
Returned up the hill after a brief visit to the swings in the ‘teeny, tiny park’. Jude loves it. Eda goes too high for me, I don’t like to watch!
Grace had to leave early for a rehearsal so serving tea and Bath time was over to me. Thank fully John was back in time for Eda stories whilst I did Jude. Good job I was feeling better!
Chris had a busy day too removing a hydrangea form the garden and other jobs.
