Sunshine After Rain

Gales and heavy rain first thing.  Once the rain eased, the sun came out.  Remained windy until this evening, but showers started again.

Up at 5am and headed to work in the airport.  A busy morning on the check-in desk, and a delayed flight due to the wind.  The rest of the day was working in the heli end.  Walkies with Sammy after work, and now feet up for the night. 

I knew I was going to be working with the helicopters and charter flights today, and panicked when I saw the rain first thing.  Thankfully by the time I got out and onto the ramp, the skies had cleared, and the sun was out.  It was still chilly out, and a big jacket was needed.  Taken on the ramp, at Sumburgh Airport.
