Road Recce

There has been quite a lot of confusion, frustration and anger on our community pages regarding the latest developments on Bartlow Road (our house is located at the end of it).

The road is shut for 2 months for 'pavement widening' but there has been a lot more going on to the right of this picture on the development site than has been going on with pavements.  Problem is that planning consent has not been agreed and it seems that the developer is going ahead anyway. 

Planning consent and legalities aside this plot is on a flood plain and there has been flooding in nearby (higher) areas only 2 weeks ago.

Madness.

Our Parish Council has been fighting this development since 2015 and I understand another enforcement notice for Judicial Review has been applied for.  Is it enough?
